   Look at thrift stores, sometimes they will have them in good condition for cheap!

   You can buy cheaper ones on eBay.
   Bob-o-pedic is a much cheaper alternative than Temprapedic.
   If you live in the New Yokr City area, you can also buy cheap toppers from a store in Manhattan called Dixie Foam. Their website is http://www.dixiefoam.com
